Lean Auditing & Consulting

Lean Audit – Your finances are audited, why not your process waste? Is it better to think you are lean or know you are lean?

Our Lean Audit will rank your company on a scale from 1 – 100 (100 is assumed to be an impossibility) with a breakdown of each segment. Segments include:

  • Senior Management (Quality, understanding, support, implementation, and enforcement of lean concepts)
  • Management structure
  • Internal Communication
  • Up and Downstream Communication
  • Bureaucracy (effective or waste)
  • Employee dedication and satisfaction
  • Employee evaluations
  • Employee training
  • Safety
  • Data Collection
  • Implementation of applicable lean processes
  • Environmental Sustainability
  • Lean Accounting
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Material and finished product storage
  • Purchasing and vendors
  • Design process (if applicable)
  • Utility Management
  • Budgeting and Bonuses
  • Defects, returns, and warranty

Many topics are based on expert opinion of behavior and knowledge. Audit results are confidential. This is meant to be a tool to find areas of improvement or gauge the overall health/potential of the company. Depending on the size of the company, auditing may be a lengthy process.

Consulting – From Primary Consultant to specific issues.

A primary consultant is not a full-time on-site position. Part of the advantage of having a primary consultant is the unfamiliarity with your process, people, and facilities. This allows for the clarity to see issues that you may have become desensitized to. A primary consultant educates your people to accomplish goals on their own, a permanent solution to your needs.

We are not like the “typical” consultants that send in a fleet of people who follow standardized process steps that often result in temporary improvement. Every company is unique and you deserve the attention of top-level experts, not 3rd tier associates. If we do not have the availability to provide the best of the best at the attention rate you deserve, we will respectfully decline. We measure our success by your improvement, not our yearly revenue or client list.

Is your company in distress? If there is enough time, we can get you back on solid ground for alternative payment solutions.
